Day to day


  • Take charge of developing brand content and coordinated cross-channel content briefs that showcase the Virgin Atlantic brand, product, destinations, and key campaigns with our distinctive touch. 
  • Build a bank of assets aligned to our brand and optimized for our channels. 
  • Build responses to briefs, ensuring collaborator needs are met within scope and budget. 
  • Identify and select appropriate external partners. 
  • Negotiate and partner with external suppliers to deliver work and usage on budget. 
  • Manage project schedules to ensure deliverability and logistical feasibility. 
  • Lead cross-functional teams to amplify campaigns through owned and earned touchpoints, driving greater awareness and revenue. 
  • Join forces with Brand & Social teams and Senior Marketing Manager to develop impactful campaigns for Virgin Atlantic. Handle fast-paced implementation and multiple executions across channels for successful campaign delivery. 
  • Craft and implement the brand content strategy, influencing how our brand is presented visually, verbally, and through video across customer touchpoints. 
  • Proactively seek and develop new content development opportunities to support our strategy. 
  • Manage creative partners (internal and external) to encourage them to deliver their best work with Virgin Atlantic. 
  • Continuous audit and assessment of assets currently in use. 
  • Motivational leader skilled in mentoring and guiding direct reports and other team members to achieve objectives and meet their personal development goals. 
  • Ability to lead a team to deliver top-quality content and creative, on time and to brief. 
  • Contribute to the growth of a high performing team, actively seeking ways to personally contribute to the team engagement, building an inclusive, engaged team culture. 
  • Responsible for the allocation of workload across the team to ensure effective delivery. 


About you


  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills, confident to engage senior leaders. 
  • Proven track record of organizational skills through the delivery of complex projects or production schedules. 
  • Proven track record in leading and developing a high performing team. 
  • Proven experience of end-to-end creation of large-scale global assets. 
  • Proven track record of management of creative agencies and production partners. 
  • Strong well-rounded creative skills, from briefing work, judging work, and evaluation against briefs. 
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure to deliver solutions often to tight deadlines. 
  • Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail in a brand environment and high levels of organization. 
  • High levels of resilience. 
  • Must have the ability to travel internationally and work flexibly
